Saturday is for Pizza!

Hello Beautiful friends!
Today we want to share with you our recipe for pizza! Yes Italian Pizza!
There are so many recipes around the web, but this is the one we make on saturday night, when we enjoy time with family and friends. It’s a game changer.

Italian Pizza Recipe Margherita

Let’s start

Ingredients

1 kg of flour
600 ml of lukewarm water
25 gr of fresh yeast
40 gr of salt
40 gr of sugar
80 gr of olive oil

Pizza ingredients

In a small bowl, combine the yeast with 100 ml of lukewarm water until dissolved. Add the sugar and continue to mix.

In a big bowl (or in the food processor) mix the flour with the liquid yeast and keep stirring adding the remaining water.
At the end add oil and salt and keep mixing with hands (or in the food processor) for 10 minutes, until you reach an elastic and smooth texture.

Then take the dough and shape it into a ball. Cover everything with a tissue.
Wait until the dough grow and reach the double of is volume… It can take about 2 hours (it depends about weather and room temperature)
