Super Healthy Overnight Oatmeal

Try our super healty - antioxidant Overnight Oatmeal.
Prepare it in advance tonight and enjoy it tomorrow morning.
It’s a very simple recipe delicious and very energetic.
Here we use mixed frozen red fruits, because they are loaded with a lot of antioxidants and vitamin C, but you can use each kind of fruit that you like more.

It’s a very simple recipe delicious and very energetic.
Here we use mixed frozen red fruits, because they are loaded with a lot of antioxidants and vitamin C, but you can use each kind of fruit that you like more.

So let’s proceed with two simple steps:
1. take a jar ( better if it has a cap), and put your fruit of choice sliced into small pieces. Add sugar, agave syrup, honey or other kind of sweetener. Heat up on the microwave for 1 minute or more. Stir everything.
2. Add 1/2 cup of oat flakes and 1/2 cup of vegetable milk of your chioce. Close with a cap and let it sit in the fridge overnight.

The morning after grab your jar and load it with vegetable yoghurt, fresh fruits and nuts, like almonds or coconut flakes. Have fun trying a lot of different combinations and enjoy your Ready to go Breakfast!
